We look and give you a number
We come out, look at the work in person, and give one clear estimate for the list. No padded extras. If the list is short enough to finish that day, we do.

One visit, in order
The list gets a scheduled weekday visit, 8:00 to 4:30. You know who is coming. Short lists often finish that day; longer ones get the time they need, worked in the order that makes sense for the house.

Cleaned up and guaranteed
Anchors into structure, doors that close, shelves that are level. We clean up, take the packaging, and if something is off we come back.

What we do not take on

- Drywall — no patching, hanging, taping, or finishing.

- Do you do drywall repair?
No. We do not patch, hang, or finish drywall. We will hang what goes on the wall, and tell you plainly when a repair belongs to someone else.
- Do you do pavers, concrete, or other hardscaping?
No. Hardscaping, pavers, and concrete are not on our list. Decks, porches, and outdoor kitchens are remodeling work — see the remodeling page.
