Call (847) 778-8053 anytime. A warm panel, a breaker that will not stay on, or a dead room is licensed-electrician work. On-site visits are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm. We do not schedule Saturday work. We will tell you whether it is a same-day weekday look or first thing the next business day.

What counts as urgent
Burning smell at the panel. A breaker that will not stay on. A room that went dead and will not come back. Water on or near electrical. Those are the calls where you should not keep flipping the breaker. Leave it off if it trips again, and call.
What we do not pretend
We do not run a 24-hour truck on the street. We do not send a handyman to open your panel. Calls are welcome anytime. On-site visits are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm. We do not schedule Saturday work. Electrical that is unsafe gets the same honesty: we look on a weekday, or we tell you who to call if it is a fire department job.
After we look
If it is a tripped GFCI, a failed breaker, or a loose connection, we finish it on the visit when we can. If the service has to be upgraded, that is a permitted job with an inspection date. You get that distinction before anyone starts tearing into a wall.

- Do not keep resetting it. Leave it off if it trips again, and call. A licensed electrician looks at the load and the panel. That is not handyman work.
